Lets talk about this quote. I am one that will often be caught daydreaming in class or in some drastic classes, nearly falling asleep. Often times when this happens students get reprimanded by the teacher. I can understand why it would be considered rude but don’t you think in most cases it should be worrying? If you have a student falling asleep in class it is often more than your material just being dry. What is going on in their home life that is causing this? Should they be yelled at or taken to the nurses office so they can properly sleep? I get my best ideas when I am daydreaming. I’ve created this ideal world for myself, just from using my imagination. Imagination and creativity will be my first step in my career. If I have to sit behind a desk for most of my job, that’s fine but I better be able to create. Whether that’s with making programs or coming up with programming that is fine. My argument is that you find out who you want to be when you are daydreaming.
