Hello Lovelies!

I was browsing in a different Target the other day and I came across new Elf products! They had a bunch of their aqua products, and me being me, I knew I wanted to try out their eyeshadow. I thought I’d do a first impression and wear it all day with final thoughts!

Enjoy!

The full name of this is aqua beauty molten liquid eyeshadow and I got in the shade rose gold. When I first applied it, I used my finger to blend it out and was unimpressed. However, I then decided to give it another shot and used my MAC 217 brush and fell in love. It’s a gorgeous wash of color and super easy to wear. I applied it around 12pm, worked out and sweated my ass off around 6pm and it was still fully intact! It lasted all damn day and I’m obsessed. I might have to try out a couple of other colors.

I really, really liked this. Plus it was only 4 dollars and that seems like a steal to me! I might have to try out a few of the other products from the aqua range. Have you tried anything from it?

Hello Lovelies!

So today I’d try something that I’ve never done before and walk you through my makeup routine, step by step, with pictures! The way I did it was that I applied whatever product I have in the picture and then snapped the pic right after, I hope that makes sense? If it doesn’t let me know and I’ll try explaining better. Also if you enjoy and what more things like this let me know! Lets start at the very beginning, a very good place to start.

This was my face of the summer! Some days I would skip steps or use a different color/version of something. But this is the general look. Because of the heat, I used a shine killing primer and a lighter all over face cover. I also think that the matte powder really helps on those hot summer days. And , of course, my makeup would be gone by the end of the day if I hadn’t used my setting spray. Those are my 4 essentials to surviving the summer heat!

Keep Being You!
